The stay in the Mayor Room, while brief, was most elegant and comfortable. The door & fixtures take you back to a time of California where the real West resided.

The Fireplace built in the manner reminding you of masonry skill still not surpassed. As I melted down into the cushioned bedding of a warm welcoming waterbed I pause. I think “I can’t stay here too long, the pain of separation would be too much.”

Deer Crossing is quite unique! Shirley and I have been at country inns in France, Morocco, and Great Britain, all most charming.

Europeans love the idea and openness of the American West, and American friendliness and hospitality.

The Deer Crossing experience is really the best of the American West. The artifacts are fabulous reflections of a dynamic history and culture. I, being a fan of American pop music, appreciated the classic "jukebox" in the main living room!

The rural countryside setting of the inn is spectacular. Every detail for a person's comfort has been thought of. We shall tell our dear friends of this most welcoming place. Best Wishes!

SIMPLY THE BEST!

This was my very first experience at a B&B.

The house is something out of this world, roomy, inviting, & comfortable. I love the history of the antlers retreat from the books to the mini bar to the bathroom. There are treasures throughout this room. Big comfy pillows, soft bed. From my window I see a fountain. I feel at peace here.

This was my birthday present & one to remember. I played in the hot tub, sipped my chandon, got cozy by the bonfire. I woke to breakfast in bed - french toast, my favorite.

Cindi, I wish you the best. I will be sure to refer you & return to Deer Crossing the best B&B in the Bay Area.

A thoroughly delightful experience that surpassed all of our expectations. Cindi's background in luxury hotel management truly comes through in the tasteful and comfortable furnishings of the Mayor's Suite.

The food was delicious and displayed beautifully each morning. We literally spent the whole day relaxing on the decks or in front of a crackling fire sipping chilled Chardonnay.

The grounds are impeccable and the water bed made us feel like we were sleeping in a marshmallow. Most of all we enjoyed the company and conversations of Cindi and Rick, and we were so grateful to have found the Deer Crossing Inn just before it becomes a certain travel destination for families and couples across the U.S.!
