Floor Plan

This 4500 square ft Chalet style home has 4 split levels. We describe them from top down as: Upper, Mid-Upper, Mid-Lower and Lowest. Each level is separated by ½ flight of stairs.

Entrance to the home is on the Mid-Lower level. Directly inside the front entrance to the right is the Game room. There is a large front concrete patio opening up from a sliding glass door in the game room. There is also one guest room and 1 bathroom on this level.

The front entrance Grand Oak Staircase leads upstairs to the mid-Upper level. The Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and 1700 square foot wrap around deck are all on this level.

Our highest level, Upper has 3 guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. Our lowest level has 1 bedroom with an in-suite bathroom.

Sleeping Arrangements

MAYOR'S SUITE, maximum sleeping of 9. Our largest bedroom boasts an ultra soft queen pillow top bed under a 1/2 canopy. A comfortable twin murphy bed is secretly hidden away horizontally in a beautiful "dresser". The small love seat converts to a twin bed (recommended for a child). An optional 1/2 bedroom, our BUNK ROOM, opens from dual bi-fold doors to reveal double bunk beds (double on top AND bottom) with a twin pull out trundle.

The large in-suite bathroom (bath #1) boasts 2 sinks in the large vanity, a jacuzzi tub, glass shower and toilet closet. The bathroom has a privacy curtain from the bedroom.
Other features of this room include a TV, DVD player, wood burning cobblestone fireplace and private deck. This room is located on the upper level.

ANTLER'S RETREAT, maximum sleeping of 3: This forest theme room has a beautiful 4 poster queen bed with a view of endless trees plus a secret twin murphy bed. You can directly access a small bathroom from the bedroom (bath#2) with a tiled tub/shower combo, pedestal vanity and toilet. The bathroom also has an additional access from the hallway. This room is located on the upper level.

GOLD CAMP, maximum sleeping of 3: A room filled with "Gold Rush" featuring a queen bed, twin murphy bed (yes, it is hidden too!) and a beautiful settee in front of the picture window. It can access a small bathroom (bath #2) just outside the room in the hallway. This room is located on the upper level.

SUTTER'S FORT, maximum sleeping of 5: This large cowboy inspired room will delight “children” of ALL ages! It features one queen cowboy bed plus twin bunk beds.  Surprise again! An additional twin bed is hidden in the faux log wall! Bathroom #3 is located just outside the room featuring a tub/shower combo, antique vanity with glass bowl sink. This room is located across the hall from the game room on the mid-lower level.

SECRET BOUDOIR, maximum sleeping of 4: Our “romance room” features faux rock walls surrounding a huge king pillow top bed with a romantic lace canopy. The pellet stove adds ambiance and warmth.  For additional sleeping utilize the double size murphy bed folding down from a louvered cabinet. The room features a TV, DVD player, reading wing chair and cozy settee. The large in-suite bathroom has a deep tub/shower combo, walk-in closet and crystal chandelier. This room is located privately and secluded on our lowest level. [top]

Kitchen

The showcase kitchen is located on the Mid-Upper level and opens to the great room. Plenty of granite counters including a huge center island. There are 3 separate sinks, double commercial ovens with a 6 burner stove top, microwave, trash compactor, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, bar refrigerator and all gadgets one could want. Dining Room

Located adjacent to the kitchen on the Mid-Upper level features a large antique table seating up to 12 and large sideboard. There are double sliding doors opening to the wrap around deck bringing the outdoors in! [top]

Deck

Breathtaking views are endless from this huge space that encircles 3 sides of the Mid-Upper level. Three round tables with 12 chairs are perfect for outdoor dining. Relax in the 2 swing chairs or adrionick seating. [top]

Great Room

This gathering room located on the Mid-Upper level features a towering 16ft cobblestone fireplace, cathedral cedar ceilings, large sofa, oversized wing chairs & piano. A counter overlooks the kitchen with 3 bar stools. Both a sliding door and dutch door access the deck. [top]

Game Room

This large fun room is located on the Mid-lower level just inside the front door. Room features include an air hockey table, darts, board games, large TV, DVD player and library, wet-bar, poker table, leather sofa, loveseat and club chair, vending candy machine, exercise bike, pop-corn machine & more. Front Patio

Our large concrete patio has 2 dining tables and 12 chairs under a sun shade cover. There is ample room for gathering and dancing. [top]

Outdoors

Our Hot Tub is kept at 101* and is tucked privately into the front landscape. A huge fire pit is available for BBQs and Smore’s. The pool is a short distance down the driveway and offers floats for relaxing. It is heated naturally by a solar blanket. [top]
